If the employee of the embassy/consulate who informed you that your visa had been approved did not specify the date and time when you can come to get your visa, you can choose the time yourself. Check out the website of your embassy/consulate and find its working hours. There will definitely be information about what time you can come to get your visa affixed.
In some consulates, this process is done on the same day, while in others you will have to return to get your passport on the next working day.
Attention: in order for the visa to be affixed to your passport, you need to bring three documents with you. Those are your foreign passport, a confirmation related to covid (we issue it for you), and your insurance contract.
If you have not got your insurance yet, you can do it through us. To do this, you need to write an email to your administrative assistant. You can find basic information about insurance here.
Be sure to inform your administrative assistant that you have been given a visa. We need this information to ensure your hassle-free arrival to start your learning.
