Dear future students of UJOP,
Greeting!
Hopefully you have already decided to study in this glamorous place when you are reading this. My study program here is Medical Preparatory in English (Read more: Study Medicine in English in the Czech Republic). I started this preparatory course at 24 years old for the reason that I wanted to broaden my future path.
All the lessons here will be given in English.
Czech language lectures are a significant part. As foreigners, it definitely would be better if we could live here without any obstacles in terms of daily life. Trust me on this part: It won’t be super harsh to speak some daily Czech phrases but it helps a lot when you deal with your trifles here.
Let’s talk about life here. Poděbrady is a charming town. Students will find peace of mind as soon as they arrive. In this case, we will be able to focus on studying peacefully. There’re also variant restaurants in this town.
When has study ever been easy? Never. However here in Poděbrady, it actually feels like I am studying in an English country. So in terms of understanding, we will not have any problem.
