Find your consulate on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, check the requirements for registration to apply for a visa and register.
As soon as the embassy/consulate has scheduled a date for you to submit your documents, make sure to inform your administrative assistant about this so that she can prepare and send you the documents.
