List of the Documents You Need to Prepare at Home

Even though we have excellent detailed instructions on course enrollment on our website, we decided to create a separate note with a list of the documents that you need to prepare at home before you arrive in the Czech Republic. We recommend you to print out the checklists below and fill them out as soon as the documents are ready, so as not to miss anything. 

Documents for a student visa  

⬜ Confirmation of enrollment in the course (we issue it after your payment) 

⬜ Education contract (we issue it after your payment) 

⬜ Accommodation contract (we issue it if you reserve a room in our dormitory) 

⬜ Insurance contract (we issue it if you have ordered your insurance from us) 

⬜ Certificate of criminal record (you prepare one by yourself) 

⬜ Bank statement on the availability of funds (you prepare it) 

⬜ Foreign passport 

⬜ Notarized consent (you prepare it) 

⬜ Notarized power of attorney (you prepare it) 

Two important details: 

• all documents (except for the passport) have to be in Czech. Translation can be ordered from us
• all documents (except for the passport) need to be no older than 180 days at the time of submission to the consulate.

Documents for school certificate nostrification: 

All these documents are prepared by students 

⬜ Certificate or diploma with attached grades 

⬜ Legalization for a certificate/apostille (if necessary) 

⬜ Curriculum or confirmation of the number of academic hours (for grades 10-11 or 10-12) 

⬜ Power of attorney to the person who is in charge of your nostrification 

⬜ State school license (if you graduated from a private school) 

⬜ Confirmation that the certificate of completed secondary education issued to you (give its number) allows the holder to be admitted and study at universities under bachelor’s or special programs (five-year education without a bachelor’s degree) in your country

⬜ Notarized power of attorney
